More than two million school children in the United States have participated in Trees for Life educational programs. Here are some tools and activities that can help your students learn while having a "tree-rific" time!

For Teachers:

Classroom

  • The Art of Reading a Storybook - Instructional video for teachers, parents, librarians, child care workers—anyone who reads to children! Watch online or order a free DVD.
     

For Students:

  • Coloring Poster - Children have fun coloring this delightful "tree friends" picture, and they can use it to spread the word about Trees for Life.
  • Fair Share Game - Gives students an opportunity to experience the inequity of the world hunger situation.
  • Fruit Fun Teachers Handbook - An adventure in learning about fruit trees. Includes fun facts, activities and games, which can easily be adapted to your own teaching style and curriculum.
